Homeowners call a number and leave details of what trade they need, and when they need it.
The system then sends the job details to highly rated trades in their local area, who then contact the homeowner directly if they can help, depending on the urgency of the job and their own availably.
This saves homeowners a huge amount of time phoning round trades, leaving messages, missing call-backs, or not being called back at all. We all know how frustrating this can be.
The system is also ideal for trades, as they simply receive jobs via text on their phone and can respond immediately or as soon as they get a spare minute during the day.
Since the job goes to multiple trades the homeowner is much more likely to find someone who can help them more quickly than traditional methods.
